The Postgraduate Program “Advanced Cosmetology and Natural Health Products” aims to provide specialized education in the science, technology and innovation of cosmetics and natural health products. The program combines knowledge from the fields of pharmacy, chemistry, biology, cosmetology and health sciences, preparing scientists capable of engaging in research, development, production, quality control, regulatory compliance and the responsible promotion of innovative products.
Particular emphasis is placed on the scientifically documented utilization of natural raw materials, on ensuring the quality, effectiveness and safety of products, as well as on the implementation of the modern legislative and regulatory framework. At the same time, the program promotes the sustainable utilization of biodiversity and natural resources, highlighting the possibilities for developing new products with applications in the fields of health, wellness, nutrition and cosmetology.
Through a combined approach of scientific training, laboratory expertise and business knowledge, students acquire the necessary skills for the design, evaluation, development and commercialization of modern cosmetics and natural health products. At the same time, they become familiar with the principles of innovation, entrepreneurship and product management, in order to effectively respond to the constantly evolving requirements of the industry and the international market.
Upon completion of their studies, graduates have high-level scientific training and analytical thinking, contributing to the development of safe, quality and innovative products that promote health, well-being and the sustainable use of natural resources.

The program is aimed at graduates of Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Aesthetics – Cosmetology, Agricultural Sciences and other related scientific fields who wish to specialize in the science and technology of cosmetics, natural health products and nutritional supplements.
It is an ideal choice for professionals and scientists who seek to develop advanced knowledge in the fields of research, development, production, quality control and regulatory compliance of innovative health and wellness products.

Admission Criteria
For admission to the postgraduate study program, candidates are required to hold a Higher Education degree from a higher education institution in Greece (A.E.I., T.E.I.) or abroad (recognized by DOATAP).

Subsequently, the Program Committee evaluates the candidate’s file and officially informs them of the outcome of the procedure, sending a relevant approval decision or rejection of the registration application.
If the application is approved, the candidate is informed of the next steps in the process and receives all the necessary information to begin their studies.
