The Master of Business Administration Program is funded by the public sector, provides students with the foundational knowledge and skills and equips them with the appropriate resources to become leaders and specialize as executives in both the private and public sectors.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) aims to provide modern knowledge and skills in the management of organizations and businesses, preparing executives capable of responding to the challenges of the environment in modern business. The program combines theoretical training and practical application, offering a comprehensive framework for the development of administrative, analytical and leadership skills.
Through the study of key areas of business administration, such as economics, financial management, accounting, marketing, strategic management and human resource management, students acquire the knowledge required to make informed decisions and effectively address complex business issues.
Particular emphasis is placed on the development of strategic thinking, the use of new technologies, the management of innovation and the adaptation of organizations to constantly changing economic and social conditions. Through the study of real business cases and the application of modern management tools, students strengthen their ability to evaluate data, manage risks and create value for the organizations in which they operate.
The program is aimed at both professionals who seek to advance to positions of increased responsibility and those who wish to develop business initiatives or expand their management and leadership skills. At the same time, it provides a strong foundation for further academic and research engagement in the field of business administration.

Admission Criteria
In order to be admitted to the postgraduate study program, candidates are required to hold a Higher Education degree from a higher education institution in Greece (A.E.I., T.E.I.) or abroad (recognized by DOATAP).

Application Submission and Evaluation Process
All of the above supporting documents are collected and sent to the email address info@frederick.ac.cy
Subsequently, the Program Committee evaluates the candidate’s file and officially informs them of the outcome of the procedure, sending a relevant decision approving or rejecting the registration application.
In case of approval of the application, the candidate is informed about the next steps of the process and receives all the necessary information for the start of their studies.
