The Undergraduate Program in Business Administration aims to provide the necessary academic and practical knowledge, skills and understanding that will enable students to develop a successful career in a variety of business organizations anywhere in the world or to continue their studies at a higher level. The program structure offers a balance between theoretical and practical knowledge, covering fundamental areas such as economics, accounting, management, finance and marketing. The language of instruction of the program is Greek.
Through core courses and specializations, students develop flexible and transferable problem-solving, leadership and critical thinking skills, which allow them to lead their organizations to positive change. At the same time, professionalism, responsibility and high ethical standards in decision-making are cultivated, with an emphasis on corporate social responsibility and social expectations.
Students become fully familiar with the modern business environment and global operations, developing advanced communication skills to diagnose business situations and predict future developments. Upon completion of their studies, graduates are ready to face real challenges at the European and global level, either as executives and managers in the private and public sectors, or as entrepreneurs and digital marketing specialists.

The program is aimed at secondary school graduates who wish to acquire a strong scientific background in the world of business. It is ideal for individuals attracted to the fields of finance, accounting and management, as well as for those who wish to specialize in modern digital marketing and social media technologies.
Admission Criteria
For the admission to the undergraduate program of study, candidates are required to hold a High School Diploma (General or Vocational) or an equivalent secondary education qualification from home or abroad.

Application Submission and Evaluation Process
All the above supporting documents are collected and sent to the email address info@frederick.ac.cy
Subsequently, the Program Committee evaluates the candidate’s file and officially informs them of the outcome of the procedure, sending a relevant decision approving or rejecting the application for registration.
If the application is approved, the candidate is informed of the next steps in the process and receives all the necessary information to begin his studies.
