The Master’s Degree Program in Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences is awarded in the public sector and provides students with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality health services and to be able to respond to various professional challenges in the field of health, digital health and care (e-health), sports science and research.
Recognized by DOATAP as being of equal status with equivalent of Greek universities.

The distance learning Master’s Program “Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences” offers a modern and interdisciplinary educational experience, combining the sciences of exercise, sports science, sports medicine and health promotion. The goal of the program is to provide specialized knowledge and advanced skills that allow students to effectively respond to the modern demands of the fields of health, exercise, sports performance and rehabilitation.
The program focuses on understanding the physiological, biological and psychosocial factors that influence health, physical activity and sports performance. At the same time, it provides specialized training in injury prevention and management, exercise program design, rehabilitation, optimization of sports performance and application of evidence-based practices in the fields of sports medicine and health sciences.
Particular emphasis is placed on the development of research skills, the use of modern technologies and the application of innovative approaches in areas such as digital health, exercise data analysis and sports science. Through the connection of theory and practice, students acquire the skills required to provide high-level services to athletes, patients and general populations.
The flexible distance learning structure of the program allows students to effectively combine their studies with their personal and professional obligations. Upon completion of their studies, graduates acquire a strong scientific background and specialized skills that enhance their professional development in the fields of health, sports, exercise and athletic performance.

The program is aimed at graduates of Sports Sciences, Physiotherapy, Medicine, Biosciences and other related scientific fields who wish to deepen their knowledge in the fields of sports medicine, exercise and health promotion.
It is an ideal choice for professionals who seek to strengthen their scientific training, develop research and applied skills and broaden their professional prospects in the fields of health, sports, rehabilitation and sports performance.
Previous experience working with athletes, patients or populations participating in exercise and health promotion programs is considered an important additional qualification, without being a prerequisite for admission to the program.
Admission Criteria
For admission to the postgraduate study program, candidates are required to hold a Higher Education degree from a higher education institution in Greece (A.E.I., T.E.I.) or abroad (recognized by DOATAP).

All the above supporting documents are collected and sent to the email address info@frederick.ac.cy
Subsequently, the Program Committee evaluates the candidate’s file and officially informs them of the outcome of the procedure, sending a relevant decision approving or rejecting the registration application.
In case of approval of the application, the candidate is informed of the next steps of the procedure and receives all the necessary information for the start of their studies.
