The goal of the program is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework and digital policy of the European Union. The program aims to develop critical and research skills to solve complex practical problems, contribute to the improvement of legislation and the promotion of e-democracy. At the same time, it provides the appropriate background for conducting high-level scientific research and continuing studies at the doctoral level.

Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to:

  • Master the Digital Legal Framework: Analyze and apply the key European laws on the digital economy, contracts and competition (GDPR, DSA, DMA, MiCA, NIS2).
  • Regulate Artificial Intelligence (AI): Understand and interpret the Artificial Intelligence Regulation and relevant international conventions.
  • Protect Digital Rights: Examine and apply the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights in the digital environment and on social media.
  • Govern digitally: to evaluate the technological infrastructures and policies of e-Government in the EU.
  • Resolve complex issues: to combine theory with case law (ICC, ECtHR) by applying interdisciplinary and ethical approaches to technological innovations.
  • Conduct high-level research: to draft sound legal texts, develop original arguments and use modern comparative methodology.

The program offers complete flexibility without the need for physical presence and is aimed at lawyers and legal professionals who wish to specialize in technology law and e-government, with the aim of successfully appearing before courts, the Administration and Independent Authorities.
